Caliber II Motor Mount

These CNC machined and anodized 6061 Aluminum motor mounts are an essential part of building your own DIY board. These are designed to survive the harshest conditions of electric skateboard riding, and provides a reliable way to mount your motor and belt system to your board. 
 
In combination with the two piece clamp, these motor mounts can be rotated to a large number of different angles, allowing them to work with a lot of different hanger and deck setups. They can also be used forward mounted, if you want to tuck your motors under your deck, rather than out the back.
 
The optional idler tension system on these mounts allows for a great way to optimized your belt drive system. When used properly, an idler allows for the drive belt to be run looser, resulting in better free-roll, while also keeping adequate contact with the belt pulleys.
 
Note: No motor mounting screws are provided with these mounts.
Clamp Note: The precision clamp is designed to be used with CNC'd trucks, and as such, it may have issues fitting onto cast or non-Boardnamics hangers. If you are using cast Caliber 2 or similar, the 2 Piece Clamp may be better.
