Do you provide International delivery?

Please note that we only offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us via email to discuss the specifics of your situation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please be aware that additional shipping fees and customs charges may apply. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting you with your order.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, simply log in to your account and navigate to your order history. You will see the status of your order and any available tracking information. If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We are happy to help you track your order and ensure that it arrives as expected.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe and provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Please see "Shipping & Returns."

What if I break one of my parts?

For headlight or tail light units, if you are outside of the 30 day window from when you have received your lights, you will have to purchase replacements.

For any 3D Printed component on the website, including the mounts for the headlights, replacement parts are available at a discounted cost. These parts may be bought individually to replace parts that have been broken through use, misuse, or been worn down over time. 3D printed parts are not expected to break, but accidents happen and not many plastics are crash-resistant.

If you are a paying customer, there is a replacement parts feature that can be accessed through your user profile. Access your user profile through the menu bar, and navigate to the "replacement parts" tab. Through there, you can order parts. If they are out of stock, or you are a non-paying customer (you bought my parts secondhand), please send an email or message through the website, providing your order number, photos of your damaged product and how your product break occurred. All products are constantly being improved, so your feedback is important!

Replacement parts are available to purchase as extras, within reason. Please contact for more information.

What about your files?

Hundreds of hours of design and iteration have gone into the files of every single 3D printed component on this website. Due to this, they will not be provided to customers. Customers are not permitted to 3D print files on their own machines and the files will not be open sourced. IF there is a component that is Open-Source, it will be clearly identified on the product page, and a link to github will be provided. For all other products, they are considered exclusive intellectual property of RB E-Motion / / Ryan Berardelli.
