These headlights provide an extremely bright beam and are compatible with a huge range of board / bike voltages. They also feature both high & low beams, activated by wiring either the red (white high beam) or yellow (yellow low beam) to the voltage source. Unlike most lights, these can run straight off the main battery voltage of most PEVs. It is possible to use an SPDT switch to select which diode is turned on or use the discharge output of your BMS. For example, on the LLT smart BMS, the discharge output can be switched using the app on your phone, and that can be used to turn the lights on and off.

These lights mount to your device using a modular system and have various different mounting options, which may be selected as an add-on here, or purchased as extras on their respective product page.

Headlights may be purchased in pairs or one at a time. Each headlight comes paired with the custom PETG quick-mount solution. Mounts for trucks can be selected in the product options, and are sold in pairs (L/R). Also in that section, angle adjustments or switches to turn them on may be purchased.

It is not recommended to run these lights for long periods of time in non-moving conditions. These lights can reach excess of 80°C when in still-air conditions and depending on the voltage they are connected to. This is mostly a concern when ambient air is above 60°F. Touching these lights CAN burn you if you are not careful.

During night rides and in moving-air conditions, they stay relatively cool. Nevertheless, they are capable of sustaining these temperatures and have been run up to 15 minutes in still air at full brightness without issue.

Please see wiring schematic attached as the final image on this listing for a technical drawing of how to attach these headlights to voltage. Note, while it says 50.4v, these headlights are able to sustain up to 80v (tested).

Switch wiring method: See diagram. Use a single SPDT or DPDT switch to connect both headlight diodes to power. Actuating the switch one way will switch on high beams, and the other, low beams.

Dual Switch method: Wire lights the same as with the single switch method, but pigtail off of the low beam & positive wires to a second switch. This second switch can be used to turn on the low beam in addition to the high beam, or vice-versa.

Power Input: Connect the red and yellow leads on each light together, and supply a general voltage across the red-yellow pair and the negative. This may be achieved through a discharge port on a BMS, such as LLT, or a switch. This will always turn on both the high and low beam.
These lights come with a 90-day warranty that covers manufacturing defects of the lights/wiring harness, the rail mounts, and the truck hanger mounts. Please contact customer service with the order number and pictures of damage (required) to redeem the warranty.
